Welcome to Druthi Build Solutions. By accessing our website and using our ELITE ALu products and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services or making any purchases.

1. Product Information

Druthi Build Solutions provides premium ELITE ALu aluminium window and door systems. While we strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website, we reserve the right to make changes to product details without prior notice. Colours shown may vary slightly from actual products due to screen display variations.

All product specifications, including thermal performance ratings and dimensions, are approximate and may vary based on configuration and installation conditions.

2. Quotations & Orders

All quotations provided by Druthi Build Solutions are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and market conditions. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as per our payment terms.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Standard lead times apply and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Warranty Terms

ELITE ALu products are covered by a 10-year warranty on aluminium profiles against manufacturing defects and a 5-year warranty on hardware and accessories. Warranty coverage is subject to proper installation by certified professionals and regular maintenance as per our guidelines.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or modifications made without our written consent.

4. Installation Services

Installation services, when provided by Druthi Build Solutions or our authorized partners, must be carried out according to our technical specifications. Any deviation from recommended installation practices may void the product warranty.

5. Limitation of Liability

Druthi Build Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Druthi Build Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
